Technical support via email, 5 days per week is free for all the full kits** we sell. This is normally sufficient for most people, however there are some who require telephone support. So, rather than charge more for all our kits to provide telephone support and therefore everyone pays, even those who do not need it, we have chargeable modules for telephone support, and for email support for those only buying a front end kit or smaller items.

**Full kit is front end, tank, pipekit and filler kit.
