Any item returned within 7 days that is fully functional and has not been used will be refunded subject to a minimum of 15% handling charge, postage costs will not be refunded. Items that have been used will only be eligible for refund in exceptional circumstances. Every kit and all other items are thoroughly checked before dispatch to ensure they are in perfect condition. All warranties are automatically void if parts are incorrectly fitted, if you are unsure about fitting any item you should seek professional advice, we are not responsible for your actions. All items must be checked immediately upon receipt at delivery address as any mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date. if you are unsure as to whether the package and/or its contents may be damaged you must sign of it as `damged` or `unchecked`. We are not responsible for the condition of items after dispatch. If you do not feel confident about fitting a part or kit etc you should entrust the work to a properly qualified person.
